What payment options do you accept online?

How secure is my online payment?

All transactions on this website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

What should I do if my order shows Pending Payment / Payment Failed or Cancelled?

For Pending Payment / Payment Failed and/or Cancelled orders, please call your bank to check on the status of the transaction.

Should the bank confirms that payment has been made, please obtain the Transaction Reference and email us at orders@nichii.com


We will require Order Confirmation Number, your full name (as per NRIC) and Mobile Number to check on the status of payment.

How do I apply my promo code?

Upon receiving a promotional code, it needs to be applied in the cart prior to checking out. Apply the code in the "Promo Code" field on the left side of the cart. Once applied, you will see the price change in your cart.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do not have a loyalty programme nor are we affiliated with any other programmes.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Do I need to create an account or register before placing my order?

We encourage you to register for an account to keep track of your order and online Store Credit (if any).

I bought nichii’s products on shopee and/or ZALORA. Can I return them together with items I bought on nichii.com? In the same package?

No. For items bought on Shopee and/or ZALORA, please refer to their return and exchange procedure. Please do not lump returns from various channels together. You risk your items being not accepted and discarded when processes are not adhered to.
