Returns & Exchanges
1. ONLINE PURCHASES: RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
At nichii, we are happy to offer you store credit for change of mind on full priced items.
You are eligible for a store credit subject to the following conditions of our Return Policy:
1. The following timeframes apply: Online (Malaysia): 14 days (extended till 30 days for orders made from 17 March 2020 until 14 April 2020) from date of delivery.
2. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise. You may reprint from your Account records online if lost.
3. Item(s) must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, in its original condition with all tags intact.
4. Accessories, jewelry, sale items, and orders made with promotional codes are NOT ELIGIBLE.
5. Returns can only be made once per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
nichii Malaysia reserves the right to deny the store credit request if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
nichii Malaysia reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
Step-by-step guide on applying for store credit:
1. Pack your item + order slip you wish to return for store credit, using a REGISTERED postal service like PosLaju & mail your item to:

2.If you have made an online purchase, you can return it to our physical store, but you are not able to exchange for another item. You will have to await your store credit voucher via email and place your new order online.
3. Fees & delivery timing is dependent on your local courier service plus customs clearance

Or you may visit your closest nichii store to return the items and await online store credit to be emailed to you
4. It is important to choose a traceable mode of postage as we can only process the parcels that reach us. Please hold on to your postage tracking slip until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed. We would advise you to send a snapshot of your tracking slip to our customer email, along with your order number and exchange request.
5. Take a snapshot of your postage tracking slip & email it alongside your order number & request for store credit to firstname.lastname@example.org
6. Please be informed that our customer care center will contact you further for additional information. Issuance of store credit might take longer than 14 business days if there is a delayed in reply.
7. The Returns team will get back to you once the return item is received. We will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2-3 working days.
2. PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASES: EXCHANGE IN STORE
*This section only applies to purchases made at our physical stores
Exchanges in store are only available within Malaysia and must be within 14 days from date of purchase (in store).
If you have made an online purchase, you can return it to our physical store, but you are not able to exchange for another item. You will have to await your store credit voucher via email and place your new order online.
Please follow the steps below for your exchanges:
1. Go to any of our store locations www.nichii.com/storelocator
2. Present your receipt or online tax invoice to verify your purchase. You may reprint it under your Account if lost.
3. Choose new items for exchange. (Item price MUST be of equal value or more)
4. Our store staff will look into the exchange items.
If the exchanged item(s) meet the requirements of our Policy, you may proceed for an exchange.
Please take note on the following rules for exchanges in store:
1. Exchanges excludes orders made with promotional codes (unless otherwise stated), sale items, accessories, and jewelry.
2. You cannot perform exchanges in stores in: Sibu and Bintulu, Sarawak.
3. Please be informed that our product range and size availability may differ between online and in-store. Hence, exchange of item(s) is subject to store availability.
4. If you made an online purchase & wish to return the item, you may visit your closest nichii store to drop off your item while you await store credit to be issued
