What payment options do you accept online?

Visa & Mastercard:

If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

Do I need to create an account or register before placing my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Changes can’t be made if the item has been shipped out  For any further inquiries, please email us at customercare@nichii.com

How do I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?

Changes can’t be made if the item has been shipped out  For any further inquiries, please email us at customercare@nichii.com

When will I receive a confirmation for my order?

Your order confirmation will be emailed after placing a successful order, be sure to check your  spam if it is not in your inbox within an hour after placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

Use the tracking number that was provided at the time the order was shipped. It could take up to 3 to 7 business days before you receive your order. Look for ‘Track Your Order’ in the footer of the website to trace your parcel.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If you haven’t received your item within 7 working days, check your order status to see if our shipping partner has attempted delivery. Click on ‘Track Your Order’ at the bottom of our website. For further escalation please email Customer Care at customercare@nichii.com with your Order ID that was sent to you via email.

What if something is out of stock? 

You can pop into one of our stores to check on item availability. We would advise you to call ahead to check if the shop has it in stock. Please our Store Locations page, link is located at the bottom of this website for a full list of our stores.

PROMOTION CODES

How do I apply my promo code?

Upon receiving a promotional code, it needs to be applied in the cart prior to checking out. Apply the code in the "Promo Code" field on the left side of the cart. Once applied, you will see the price change in your cart.

LOYALTY PROGRAM: TRIUM

Do you have a loyalty program? 

We have a program for our physical store purchases called TRIUM. You can register for membership at one of our outlets. 

Can I use this loyalty program online? 

For online purchases, you can't use your TRIUM membership. You can only use it at a physical store. 

GST

What happens if I've made a purchase before 1 June 2018 and I need to make a return after? 

You will still get the full amount as store credit, provided you meet the terms & conditions of our Return Policy.

For example, if you purchased a top for RM100, includive of 6% GST on 25 May 2018, and subsequently apply for returns after 1 June 2018, you will get store credit of RM100 sent to you in the form of a voucher via email.
